About: True sounds of the revolution are a hardcore punk three-piece from haverfordwest, pembrokeshire. The band formed in january 2006 and features "Ash" on guitar and vocals, "Owl boy" on bass and backing vocals and ? ? ? on drums.
The band have played number of shows in wales and england with a range of bands of different genres and are known for their intense live performances, they have supported such bands as Picture Frame Seduction, Enter Shikari and Dogzuki. They have also developed a loyal fan base all over pembrokeshire and beyond known as 'The Core'.
The bands songs are themed around politics(local and global) and social injustices encouraging activism and protest, the bands main ambition being to reach as wide an audience as possible with these messages. In august of 2006 the band signed to Cultjam Records and are releasing a split album with picture frame seduction in december worldwide, any additional contact can be made through truesoundsoftherevolution@hotmail.com
