About Me: Hello people, we are Edison Sunrise. We formed in the summer of 2006 and have constantly been writing songs and playing shows every chance we got. all our songs are recorded and produced by me (justin webber) because i'm gonna be the biggest producer in canada one day haha, so give me a shout bands if your down for some unexpensive recordings. Anyways, It basically started after my first band kind of died off because we were young,couldn't write that well and weren't really performing but we did write one hit single called happy herb!. But anyways a few months down the road met nick (singer) at a party and we just talked about jammin cuz i heard he could sing, and i just play guitar all day so i figured lets giver. So we got together and wrote our first song pocket full of gold (which should be on the site soon but fucked up my computer so gotta record it or somethin)and it turned out to be reall good and catchy if you ever come to our shows you'll hear our fans singin it. Anyways, it went on from there and we eventually scored our first out of town chillin gig in toronto at the El Macombo, and it went really well and was a good expirence. So after we made an official cd (produced by me) with 13 tracks about 4 or so live and rest recorded and got some people singing up on stage with us. Its just been goin from there and now we got a show at the Opera house a huge and popular venue in Toronto and i'm gonna get our own bus and mad people to come and rock the FUCK OUT! and get wasted peaccee.. thanks for readin oh yeah our name came from my buddies dad who had an old school( and I mean old school like 1920 or somethin)Thomas "Edison" recorder player and we would rock out to yanky doodle and shit so because we're kind of bringing back older styles of music I figured it would go good together.
