Friday 4th July
So Dan turns up at the studio late afternoon and him and the engineerspend the rest of the afternoon and evening, tuning, yes just tuninghis drums, crazy! Thats like 3 or 4 hours of just.... tuning!
Saturday 5th July
Well, saturday was spent mostly recording and editing the drum tracks.Dan recorded the drum tracks for the 3 songs that we were MEANT to berecording. And then the engineer spent ages editing just one, at thispoint it became apparent that we were being a little too ambitious inthinking we would get three songs recorded. So we chose just one to do.Brendon got his bass line recoded and and Stewie was able to get therhythm guitar part recorded aswell, but by the time that was all doneit was time to go home
Apart from the recording and editing going on, we basically spent theday taking the piss out of each other and just having a laugh.
Sunday 6th July
Sunday saw the recording of the lead guitar and the vocals, and then more editing and mixing of the track we had done.
We are making a few changes to the track before its finally ready, andwe want to record a couple more to release along with it, but watchout, its coming soooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!
